To use AgroLIFE application, the user must be logged in with a correct username and password. If a user doesn't have an already opened account, he can make a new one by selecting "Register" on the login window, filling the form fields in registration window and pressing Create Account, which will finish the registration process and create the account for the user. After that, the user can log in with chosen username and password.
Each user can enter / update their profile information. This implies that he can add the desired photo, mobile phone number, skype address, etc. The user can also change password at any time, as well as to choose the appropriate language of the mobile application, which provides full comfort in the work.
Through Settings (icon of a Cog, bottom-left in the main menu), the mobile app user enters information about his state of residence, local government, state of origin, does he/she is a member of a group, parcels, farmer location, etc. If the user updates these information, it is necessary that he/she press “Update registration data” upon finishing update, so that data could be saved. Organizing data in this way is extremely important, because data are always accessible to the user in one place.
Also in Settings, the user can select a desired season he/she is interested in, for further entering or displaying data. Important: by choosing a different season, from that moment on, the chosen season becomes the season information will be displayed and shown in other relevant modules of the AgroLIFE application. Only information for that particular (chosen) season will be displayed. If a farmer wants to see or change data for other seasons, he/she must go back to the Settings and choose the season he/she wants to work on in the rest of the application.
Ticketing system is a simple conceptual support system for users, and it serves to help users with the use of a mobile application. When a user has a problem using the application, has a question or an issue about anything related to the application, the ticketing system is at his disposal to write about it and send it to the support team, which will try to answer or resolve the problem as soon as possible and informs the user about it. Generally, the ticketing system is designed to be a communication channel for any kind of questions and answers between the user and a support team, be that questions, sorts of praise, criticism or suggestions for application's improvement.
