Ticketing system

If the user has some uncertainties about the application itself or the problem with the application work, it is possible to send a ticket where technical support will help to solve it in the shortest possible time .

By clicking on the main menu, and then on the submenu Support, a new window appears where user enters the required data about the ticket. By clicking on the Send message button ticket is sent.

  1. To add a new ticket, the user must click on the Plus icon at the upper right side of list of tickets window, fill in all fields and click on Send message button.
